It seems now I feel like continuing with memories/images from Japan that I din’t share yet. In the right order, these ones. Mitaka. Still, probably having impression of the brightest street of Tokyo because of this lighting and all-reflective surfaces all over the image. Time is around midday. I was leaving this part of Tokyo and heading towards one of SevenEleven stores to grab some fast food. Did I say that fast food in Japan is unbelievably tasty (and healthy!)?. Well, it is. And I will probably remember SevenEleven and all the tiny food stores in Shinjuku for ever as a “best fast food, ever”. Well then – Mitaka.
And more from Tokyo. The more time is past since I was there, the more I miss it. The overwhelming vibe of the city. Did I say I was rather scared when I just got out of Shinjuku? Well, I was a bit, and probably not only first time I got out. Everything was just so huge, and so packed. And at the same time so inviting, for those who know – a bit of culture, a bit of language. And now I want it even more. All the opportunities that I didn’t use, all the experiences that I didn’t have time to enjoy.. There must be a come-back now.
More memories from Tokyo. I think I didn’t yet share almost any images from Studio Ghibli museum (although I have only a few).. It is a wonderful place, with all watercolour drafts scattered around, with familiar characters.. Cheerful and full of magic – sketching, drawing, painting – creating. It was, sadly, not possible to shoot anywhere but outdoors, but I am, after all, glad. Some memories are to be remembered, not captured. Like that one.

If I need to describe last seven days of my life, I’d take this picture. I knew that I am a lucky person, but sometimes my luck goes really wild. Seven days at home, coughing, taking drugs and watching TV-shows. And that happened during the warmest and the nicest summer week in Berlin.. Well, at least I managed to finish Breaking Bad. I know I am really late with it, but I didn’t manage to neither find time nor find enough mental power to watch it. It is a really good show, even though it’s kind of heavy and gloomy. Unfortunately, that’s probably it. Hope that next week I’ll be in full power *fingers crossed*.
On Saturday together with fellow hikers we headed out for a short walk from Berlin Heerstr. towards Nikolasee. Somewhere in the middle of a journey it started raining cats and dogs. One lightning scared some (or probably most) of us when it hit nearby, but we were lucky not to catch it. So we just got really wet and enjoyed walking another 5-6km soaked to the bone. A note for the next hike: check weather alerts.
